All audition registration will be done on-line.  Any director that can't register on-line will need to contact Keith Huitt, OSSBDA Secretary-Treasurer, as soon as possible.

The registration deadline is September 16, 2017.

Only OSSAA class 2A, 3A, and 4A schools are eligible to register or participate.  Students in grades 10-12 are eligible to audition. 

Note:  ACT has set October 28, 2017 as one of the testing dates this year.  Students wishing to take the ACT test and audition on that same day should sign up to take the ACT test in Tecumseh, with alternate sites of Shawnee or Seminole. It will then be possible for a student to audition shortly after completing the ACT test.  Distances further away would be prohibitive.  Please identify ACT students by checking the appropriate block on the OSSBDA on-line registration form.   That will make it easier to accommodate an afternoon audition for those students.

To begin the process, click the link below.   To register, directors will need the "Event Number" and "Password" which are included in the OSSBDA Fall Mail-out.

After submitting your entries, you should receive an immediate pop-up confirmation that your data was received.  Print the pop-up confirmation for your records.  Note:  If you receive the pop-up confirmation, please consider your entries as being successfully submitted!
ATTENTION: If you do not receive a pop-up confirmation when attempting to submit your entries, you may need to disable pop-up blocker on your browser (Internet Explorer, etc.) or set your browser to allow pop-ups from www.i550.com.

You should also receive an e-mail confirmation of your entries, however G-Mail users may have to recover the e-mail confirmation from you spam folder.  After recovering it from spam, you might want to have your school tech create a Gmail filter to allow future confirmations to pass unfettered to your inbox.  (The same issue was happening with OSSAA Contest Manager emails last year.)

If you have more than 20 entries, submit and print the full form then click the "Back" button, click "Clear Form" (near the bottom of the form) and submit the additional entries.  Also, if you forget a student just submit another form.

Please double-check your e-mail address.  If you enter an incorrect e-mail address, further correspondence will not get back to you.

Additionally, enter only a single director e-mail address in the field given. If you put two addresses in the same field, the system won’t be able to send you an e-confirmation because it can’t separate or recognize which one to send it to.
